A group exercise class designed for anyone with a neurological condition, based on exercises from classical ballet technique. Build and maintain your strength, agility, and stamina while learning a fun new skill!
Registration is encouraged, but we accept walk-ins!
If you plan to walk-in and have not purchased a pass, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before class so we can help you purchase a pass before class begins.
Your first class is free!
We recommend wearing clothes you are comfortable exercising in, as well as socks (if you don't have ballet shoes). We encourage bringing water to class, but we can also provide a small water bottle if you need one.
